Year 4 has settled in wonderfully and students have returned with enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards learning. It has been fantastic to see classrooms already buzzing with focus and collaboration.
In English, we have started our novel study Storm Boy, exploring its themes and learning about the Coorong. This has supported our work on information report writing, where students are learning to use clear structure and factual language. In Mathematics, students are exploring data by creating and interpreting tables and graphs. Science and Digital Technologies have also been exciting, with students learning basic coding skills and developing their scientific thinking.
We are very proud of how well Year 4 has started the year and look forward to an exciting term ahead!
