Stage 2 Creative Arts Night “Rock Festival”

You are here

On Tuesday, 19 August, our Junior School came alive with the sounds and sights of our much-anticipated Stage 2 Creative Arts Night, titled “Rock Festival.” The evening was a wonderful celebration of music, dance, and visual arts, showcasing the incredible creativity and talent of our Year 3 and 4 students.

Our Year 3 students wowed the audience with energetic rock and roll performances taught by Mrs Brown. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they set the perfect tone for the night. Year 4 band students performed a number of incredible items. Supported by Mr Mark and our dedicated music tutors, they delivered confident and lively performances that highlighted their hard work and teamwork. A group of Year 3 and 4 students, directed by Mrs Brown, took on the role of MCs, guiding the audience through the program with flair and confidence.

As parents and families arrived, they were welcomed by a stunning art display in the foyer, thoughtfully curated by Mrs McDermott. Special thanks to Mrs Hollis, who created the costumes, adding extra sparkle and style to the performances.

The entire event was a true team effort, and all students shone brightly. Congratulations to our Year 3 and 4 students for their outstanding performances and for making “Rock Festival” such a memorable success.
