The Mathematics faculty regularly assigns homework to help students consolidate what they have learned in class. To manage their workload effectively, we encourage students to complete their homework throughout the week rather than leaving it until the last minute. This allows them to spend more time revising for in‑class assessments instead of rushing to catch up on unfinished work.
If your child tells you they have completed all their homework, it can be helpful to encourage them to attempt a few additional questions from the relevant exercise. Extra practice is one of the most effective ways to strengthen mathematical understanding.
All teachers in the Mathematics department keep a record of the homework that has been set. Students already have access to this information, but if you would like a link to the assigned questions, please feel free to contact your child’s teacher.
