This week our Junior School celebrated Book Week with plenty of colour and imagination.
On Wednesday, our Prep 3 Day students held their parade in the classroom, with parents invited to come along and share in the fun. The students proudly showed off their costumes and enjoyed stepping into the shoes of their favourite book characters.
On Thursday, Prep to Year 6 students dressed up in a wonderful display of characters from much-loved stories. Although the rain prevented us from holding the usual parade, this did not dampen the excitement. Parents were welcomed into classrooms where students enthusiastically shared their costumes and talked about the characters they had chosen.
The week was a wonderful celebration of reading and storytelling, highlighting the joy that books bring to our College community.
